Please stay away from this place i wish I listened to the reviews first. Don’t bother going there try somewhere anywhere else !!! Not this place. Fraud alert

Completely disappointed with this trash dealer I make a really bad choice choosing this dealer buy 2 cars and first the promise you some stuff of course you’re never will see it.
They make me drive all the way back to bladesburg almost 45 min to drive about my second key almost pass year and the key never arrive and I waste my time with a really bad customer service from a lady from the front desk .
Second visit stop about oil change and left my car at the dealer and some lady drive it and crash my car
We went with great hopes of this place. With some of the reviews we read we had no doubt that we would get a car we would love along with great customer service, but boy were we WRONG. I'm not one to complain much and gave them a second chance after the rollercoaster they put us through when purchasing the car. Not only do they try to blame us for their lack of communication, they gave us a key to the car that wasn't the original key so was not able to lock the car. When taking the car in for its first maintenance I told them there was a problem with the brakes (covered with the warranty) they didn't look at it. So I took it back and they said that we must over done it with our car. When we asked for paper work about the the work that was done they told us they don't give paper work just tell us what's wrong. By far the worst customer service I've experienced when purchasing a car.

Omg with this dealer I know a lot Latinos don’t have some documents and of course don’t think you are making credit with this dealer because you’re not it’s a completely trash dealer don’t buy anything to mr car ....
Amazing place and friendly environment. Everything was fast and easy with the best prices. Was helped from start to finish and now i have the car of my dreams. 10/10 would return.
Everything was good at first thats why im updating this review. Stay away from this place they are dishonest. They are polite they are not rude but they are very misleading. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else Drivetime is even better than this place.
